Not all metal roofing is the same.
When it comes to metal roofing, you have two options: snap lock and mechanical lock.
- Snap lock systems feature panels that lock together. Unlike companies that use preformed panels, we craft each panel and trim piece onsite for a precise fit. Our concealed fastener system eliminates exposed screws or nails, ensuring a weather-tight seal that adapts to seasonal changes.
- Mechanical lock systems provides superior weather resistance and long-term durability, as the panels are securely fastened with a mechanically-formed seam, ideal for areas with harsh climates. While this is a higher end process, it is the traditional method of installation meaning your roof will last a lifetime.
Most local roofing companies offer either pre-formed panels or snap lock systems only. However, we offer both snap lock and mechanical lock so you can choose the right system for your home. This gives you a metal roof that is durable, increases home value, and lasts 40–70 years with proper care.
